Process for setting up the appointment was quick, efficient and personable. Service was done in a professional manner. Checked all nuts & bolts, tightened as needed, oiled the moving parts, checked for wear and tear. Did not recommend any replacements for my 6 or 7 year old double door. Mr. Alejandro S. is swift and efficient but could have done a few nails more here and there to go beyond. The only reason I gave an overall 4-star rating was the communication and scheduling with the office otherwise I would recommend this company to all my friends and feature needs.
